The Community Foundation serving the counties of Riverside and San Bernardino is currently accepting online applications from nonprofits who would like to participate in Give BIG Riverside.

Give BIG Riverside is a 24-hour community-wide online giving campaign. The goal of the campaign is to raise much needed funds for nonprofits serving the residents of the City of Riverside.

The task force of over 20 nonprofit and community leaders hopes to engage local residents to give BIG to support their favorite charities, build and enhance local philanthropic habits in our community, and increase the capacity or skills of local nonprofits to effectively tell their story through the use of Internet technology and social media.

Nonprofit requirements include nonprofit 501(c) (3) status prior to November 2009, and have a physical location within the City of Riverside zip codes or provide itinerant services in the City of Riverside. National nonprofits are welcome if a local chapter serves the city of Riverside.
