Exciting Changes at TCF

We are pleased to announce that there have been changes made to the Charitable Giving Department that will help TCF better serve the community. The changes as outlined below help deliver on The Community Foundation’s mission of Strengthening Inland Southern California through Philanthropy.

Jose A. MarquezJose A. Marquez has been appointed as the Vice President of Charitable Giving. Jose has been with TCF for 12 years and previously served as the Acting Vice President of Charitable Giving. He has extensive background in diversified fundraising, donor cultivation and stewardship, planned giving and nonprofit management.

As the Vice President of Charitable Giving, Jose is responsible for leading and implementing the Foundation’s asset development activities and initiatives, donor cultivation and stewardship, coordinating strategic partnerships and securing sponsorship opportunities.

“I am excited about my new role at  the Foundation. I will be working with a great team to grow philanthropy in our region. We have many challenges facing our communities that we must address. By working together to build philanthropy in our region, we will be able to significant impact  these challenges. We will make a difference,” said Jose.

Darcy McNaboe TCF welcomes Darcy McNaboe as our Regional Charitable Giving Officer for the city and county of San Bernardino. She is the principal and founder of Village Enterprises, has over 8 years of executive management experience and over 25 years of experience working with small technology and manufacturing companies. Darcy also currently serves as the Mayor of Grand Terrace.

As the Regional Charitable Giving Officer, she is responsible for leading the Foundation’s fundraising and donor stewardship efforts in the city and county of San Bernardino.

The full Charitable Giving Department includes Paula Kennedy, Regional Charitable Giving Officer for Coachella Valley, and Susan Ewald, Receptionist/Charitable Giving Associate.
