The Desert Legacy Fund program aims to promote the awareness and conservation of desert parks, wilderness, and other natural open spaces in the California desert. The Desert Legacy Fund will support related projects and collaborations in San Bernardino, Riverside, Inyo, and Imperial Counties.

Friends of the Inyo To support an active program designed to help protect six wilderness areas and wilderness study areas in the northern Mojave Desert through education & promotion of sustainable recreational activities

Natural Science Collaborative Support for the CA Desert Nature Festival, fundamental programs that teaches respect and kinship with the desert environment, leading to conservation of desert habitat & protection of endangered desert species.
